The warranty period is from date of purchase and for local use only. Warranty period is 1 year from the purchase date.
We offer the manufactures warranty for all Wallpaper sold on our website. Warranty applies to the Wallpaper for domestic use only. Warranty will only cover any manufacturing faults found in product at the time of purchase. Buyer must notify us immediately about any damage related to their Wallpaper. Buyer must produce invoice in order to avail warranty services.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged or faulty on delivery, you should notify us in writing via our email sales@paperwalls.com.au within 7 working days.
The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons), installers or any third party.
Customer will have to pay the postage costs for sending them back to us.
Lodging a Warranty Request To claim under this warranty we will need to inspect the installed wallpaper and do an analysis. Based on this we will determine if the warranty is valid or not. You will be requested to provide a description of the defect and your personal details.
If we determine that the defect is not covered by this warranty, we will provide you with a full explanation, If, at any stage, your Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period and it is repaired, the Warranty Period on the Product will not extend the original Warranty Period. In the event of a defect, we will replace the wallpaper which is defective.
