Refund policy

Our policy lasts 1 day or 24hrs. If this time has passed after you placed the order and paid in full, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or we may be able to offer and exchange as there is a chance the order process for your selected wallpaper has already started. Once the deposit is paid, the process of and ordering starts 24hrs after payment is made.

The prices of the Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation. The prices of the Products are based on Australian Dollar currency (AUD).

Refunds

Under special circumstances, should there be a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/Returns – change of mind

Should you have a change of mind, we can only exchange items within 24hrs of order placement, after 24hrs has passed there is a chance that it may not be possible to exchange of the wallpaper design/s selected.If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the Products, the timing for delivery or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm if you wish to go ahead with the change.

EXCEPTIONS   

For defective or damaged Wallpaper/s, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Wall Paper must in it’s original packaging.
  • Photos of proof of any damage, prior to opening the wallpaper
  • Should the wallpaper be damaged after opening, please take photos of the area of damage and contact our services department. Once the wallpaper is installed we cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring after installation.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in anyfurther way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund, however, please contact us for more details
